Pumpkin Spice Latte

Recipe from ‘Recipes for Autumn Souls Vegan Comfort Food‘ with kind permission

Ingredients:

230ml Milk
2 tsp Pumpkin purée
1-2 tsp Pumpkin spice
Instant coffee
2 tbsp Caster sugar

Optional:
Whipped cream
Cinnamon sticks
Ground cinnamon

Directions:

Make coffee as strong as you like.
Whisk milk, pumpkin purée, spice and sugar together in a saucepan on a low-medium heat.
When the milk mixture is hot, stir in coffee.
Serve in a mug and top with cream, ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks.
